What is Trauma-Informed Therapy?

Trauma does not have to define the rest of your story, but healing often begins by processing difficult experiences instead of carrying them alone. Using trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Jason Forbes works with clients at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. Together, you will learn to manage difficult emotions, process past experiences, and rebuild confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of safety in everyday life.
