Information submitted through the general contact form on this Site (before a client relationship is established) is handled with care but should not include sensitive health details. Please avoid sharing detailed clinical or health information through the website contact form or unencrypted email.

Standard email, text messaging, and voicemail are not fully secure or encrypted forms of communication. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information sent via these channels.
