Browsing this Site, submitting a contact form, or requesting a consultation does not, by itself, create a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship is established only after an intake process is completed, informed consent is signed, and services formally begin.

3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Services

This Site is not monitored continuously and is not designed for emergency communication. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in crisis, or are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, do not use this Site, email, or voicemail to seek help. Instead:

4. Eligibility

Services offered through this Practice are intended for adults. If you are a minor seeking services, a parent or legal guardian must contact the Practice directly to arrange care.

5. Free Consultation

Any complimentary consultation offered (e.g., the 15-minute phone consultation) is provided to help prospective clients determine fit with the Practice. It does not constitute therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment, and no clinical advice should be relied upon from this initial call.

6. Fees, Insurance, and Payment

• Session fees, accepted insurance plans, and payment methods listed on this Site are provided for general reference and are subject to change without notice.
• Listing of an insurance carrier does not guarantee coverage. Clients are responsible for verifying their own benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limitations with their insurance provider prior to beginning services.
• Payment terms, cancellation policies, and late-fee policies (if any) will be provided in a separate client agreement signed at intake.

7. Website Content and Accuracy

While we make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site accurate and current (including credentials, specialties, location, and fees), we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
